1. Scope
This privacy notice describes the processing of personal data when visiting finanzcoach.team in its current published version. The website provides information, contact details and ordinary links to appointment services.
There are currently no contact forms, claim forms, file uploads, customer accounts, embedded booking systems, analytics tools, advertising trackers or social media plugins. If such functions are added later, this privacy notice will be updated before they are activated.
2. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Owner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Germany
When the website is accessed, the web server processes connection data that is technically necessary. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested address, amount of data transferred, HTTP status code, previously visited page and information about the browser and operating system.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security, and detect technical faults or abusive access. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website.
Server logs are generally deleted after no more than seven days. They are retained for longer only where necessary to investigate a specific security incident; the affected data is then stored separately until the investigation is complete.
A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR will be in place with the hosting provider. The servers are operated in Germany.
3. Local fonts, images and technical files
Fonts, images, logos, stylesheets, favicons and other website components are loaded exclusively from this website's own hosting space. Visiting the site therefore does not establish a connection to an external font, image or content delivery service.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
In its current version, this website does not set cookies and does not use local storage or comparable storage technologies. No analytics, audience measurement or marketing tracking takes place. Consequently, no consent banner is displayed.
5. Contact by telephone or email
If you contact us by telephone or email, we process the information you provide in order to answer and handle your request.
Depending on the content of your request, the processing is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or is based on our legitimate interest in handling general enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where processing is required by law, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR is the legal basis.
Contact information is deleted once the enquiry has been concluded, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require further storage.
Health information, identity documents and other particularly confidential records should only be sent after an appropriate secure transfer route has been agreed.
6. Appointment links and other external links
This website contains ordinary links to appointment pages and other external services. Their content is not embedded. The destination is contacted only after you actively select the link. The destination operator then processes technically necessary connection data under its own privacy information.
Where possible, external links use a referrer setting that prevents the previously visited page address from being transmitted. We do not have full control over processing carried out by linked services.
7. Recipients and transfers
The hosting provider receives technical website data to the extent necessary as a processor. Information is disclosed to other recipients only where permitted or required by law.
This website itself does not intentionally transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union or European Economic Area.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, your rights include:
- access to personal data under Article 15 GDPR,
- rectification of inaccurate data under Article 16 GDPR,
- erasure under Article 17 GDPR,
- restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR,
- data portability under Article 20 GDPR,
- objection to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR under Article 21 GDPR.
You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for the controller is:
The Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information
Postfach 3163
65021 Wiesbaden
Germany
Telephone: +49 611 1408-0
Email: poststelle@datenschutz.hessen.de

10. Security and updates
The website is delivered using HTTPS encryption. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect processed data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.
This privacy notice will be updated if website functions, service providers or legal requirements change.
