In the insurance sector, acting as a tied intermediary pursuant to section 34d (7) of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO), exclusively on a commission basis as an intermediary and adviser for Generali Deutschland Lebensversicherung, Generali Deutschland Versicherung, Generali Deutschland Krankenversicherung and ADVOCARD Rechtsschutzversicherung.

In individual cases, non-cash benefits may also be received, for example training courses, invitations to cultural and social events, information material or small tokens.

These documents are available free of charge in German from the adviser or at www.dvag-produktinformationen.de.

Communication between the financial adviser and customers takes place exclusively in person, by post, email, telephone, video and/or fax.

After investment advice on investment funds has been provided, customers receive a suitability statement covering the products and other recommendations made.
